    NEW Goals!

Have:  Team consistently hitting their targets and feeling confident in their abilities (min.  $200,000 monthly as a team).

My territory has a new Account Management person and a New Trainer in KW.

Son has a summer job.  Daughter has her license and ready to move in to university.

Do:  Work daily with my team to help them gain the confidence to hit their target (they have the abililty!)

Work my plan for new team members (It's written).

Plan with TJ for his summer job.  Inspire Lucy for license and write a plan for school move in.

Be:  A kind, fun, empowering coach, that holds standards high and encourages excellence.

A visionary leader that attracts the best team by my presence and clear picture of the future.

A supportive Dad that creates a safe, empowering place to encourage my kids to fulfill their innate desire to grow.

First day of challenge!! Psyched and ready to go. See below for vision and BE:DO:GET chart.

    It is July 1, 2024.

I wake up with a smile on my face. I am in my house, feeling refreshed after a full nights’ sleep. I take a moment to listen to the birds outside the window. After a half hour of meditation and centring, I put on some music and get ready for my day.

Today I am going into work, but there are days I am fortunate enough to work from home. I like the balance of working alone some days and collaborating with others in person on others. I get paid extremely well for the work I do. This allows me to live comfortably and save money for retirement.

I am respected and valued by my co-workers and those in leadership roles. I thrive today as I navigate the workday with ease. I am proud that I was able to have a positive impact on people’s lives.

My drive home is stress-free and short. I love to cook so I sing while cooking dinner for myself and my partner. We share our workday successes over dinner.

I spend a bit of time on the computer, creating a detailed spreadsheet to manage the household budget. We are doing very well financially.

I watch a bit of tv and then head to bed to read for a while. I fall asleep with a smile on my face.

    BE

    DO

    HAVE

    Be budget conscious

Spend within my means; Look for additional revenue streams or different career; Diligent and strategic in creating career opportunities.

Financial security; a job that pays what I am worth (which is a lot lol)

Be valued and respected at work

Create ways in current job to gain respect

A career where I am respected and valued

Be mindful and live in the present

Make time for meditation and exercise

    A quiet mind

    Be loving, present and available

    Make time for all relationships

    Harmonious relationships

    UPDATE on my "HAVE(S)"

1)" A job that pays what I am worth " - I recently received a promotion, and although I am not quite getting paid what I am worth, the pay increase is a step forward to achieving this.

    2) A career where I am respected and valued - Because of my increased work contributions and new skills I've pursued, to attain the promotion, my department respects my input and judgment more readily than before.

    3) A quiet mind - mastering the meditation technique from the book "Breaking the habit of being yourself" has greatly helped in achieving this "have". At this point, it's all about maintaining the calm throughout the chaos.
