    For this one I read the chapter from How to Stop Worrying where it talks about Rest Before You Get Tired.  I did the relaxation exercise and it helped me approach my day so much more calmly and made it pleasant.

    For my wellness today I did 8 rounds of Wim Hof Breathing.  When I was feeling good, I meditated for another 10 minutes.  Felt very at ease, alert, clear thinking.

    For my wellness today I went to my gym class even though it was rushed. I also made sure to take in the sights and sounds while walking the dog this morning and enjoying my morning coffee.

    For my Personal Well-being I take 15 minutes of each morning (ie. after my morning meditation, during my shower, or on my drive to work) and listen to this video. It reminds me to stay positive, embrace all the blessings coming my way, and that it is "A New Day". It sets the tone for my entire day.
